Free Hospice Evaluation and Consultation

Whether in a hospital, nursing home, or the patient’s own home, a member of our certified team can meet with the patient at a time that works best for them. They will not only perform an evaluation, but they will also provide the patient and/or loved one with free information about Savior Hospice Services. Yes, there is no fee for this service for the patient.

Admission Process for Hospice Care Services

If the patient and/or their family choose Savior Hospice Services and if you both agree with our decision, the patient can be admitted to our facilities immediately after the consultation and review of the patient’s health. If the patient is eligible for nursing home and will benefit from hospice services, it is determined. We admit 24/7.
